ATLS is a catalog and tracking tool for trading cards, operated by CardLabs, Inc. ("we"). It shows card, population, and price information gathered from public and licensed sources, and lets you keep a collection, watchlists, and related records. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 13 to use ATLS. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

The collection data and photos you put into ATLS remain yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display them — that is what the app does — and nothing more. Only upload content you have the right to upload.

Population counts, prices, and market figures in ATLS are compiled from third-party sources, involve estimation, and can be wrong, incomplete, or delayed. They are provided for information only. Nothing in ATLS is financial, investment, or purchasing advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for buying or selling anything. Decisions you make with this data are your own.

Do not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from ATLS; do not resell or republish our data; do not probe, overload, or interfere with the service; and do not use it for anything unlawful. If you want programmatic access or a data partnership, email us — we would rather talk than block.

PSA, Beckett (BGS), TCGplayer, and the publishers of the card games shown in ATLS are independent companies. Their names and marks belong to them, and ATLS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

ATLS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are actively building: features may change, break, or be removed, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent the law allows, CardLabs, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. If we change them in a way that matters, we will update this page and its effective date before the change applies; continuing to use ATLS after that means you accept the update. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
