ATLS stores your account and the collection data you create in it, and nothing more. We run no advertising, we set no cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Some links to marketplaces are affiliate links; if you buy through one, the marketplace may pay us a commission at no cost to you.

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. When you create an account — with an email address or through Google — we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. Signing in with Google gives us only that basic profile; we never see your Google password and we request no access to your Gmail, Drive, or anything else in your Google account.

The point of ATLS is keeping track of your cards, so we store what you put in: your collection and inventory entries, watchlists, pins and folders, photos you upload of your cards. This data exists so the app can show it back to you; it is not shared with other users.

Population counts, prices, catalog information, and marketplace listings shown in ATLS describe trading cards and items for sale, not you. Listings are read from the marketplaces that carry them (such as eBay and Collector Crypt) and shown with a link back to the seller's page. Looking up a card does not attach that card to your identity unless you save it to your collection or watchlist.

We use Vercel Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you. The only cookies ATLS sets are the session cookies that keep you signed in.

When a card's record shows where it is for sale, some of those links are affiliate links: ATLS is a member of the eBay Partner Network and of TCGplayer's partner program (run by impact.com). If you buy after clicking one, the marketplace may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same either way.

ATLS sets no tracking cookie for this. When you click an affiliate link, the marketplace or its network may set cookies on its own site to credit the referral, under its own privacy policy. What we receive back is clicks, sales, and commissions by card, never who you are.

Like most modern software, ATLS runs on infrastructure providers: Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Cloudflare (image storage), and Resend (transactional email, such as waitlist or account messages). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We do not share your data with anyone else except when the law requires it.

Email us and we will delete your account and everything attached to it. Some residual copies may persist briefly in backups before they age out.
